Delivery Coverage

We currently ship across India.

Shipping Charges

Orders above ₹500: Free shipping.

Orders below ₹500: A flat shipping charge of ₹75 applies.

Dispatch Time

Orders are dispatched within 2 working days of order confirmation. Delivery timelines vary by location and are handled by our shipping partner.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on select orders, for a minimum order value of ₹500. There is no additional charge for choosing COD; customers who pay online (prepaid) may be eligible for a complimentary gift as noted at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please reach out to us at jiatekappliances@gmail.com with your order number, and we'll investigate with our shipping partner on your behalf.
